Terms of Service

Welcome to our website. Please read the following Terms of Service carefully, as by using the site and purchasing tickets you confirm that you agree to them.

1. Event Organizer

2. Scope of Business

This website provides the sale of electronic tickets for educational events.

Payment confirmations are issued exclusively in electronic form and delivered to the customer’s email address after the payment is confirmed.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include tax.
• Customers from abroad pay in the currency of their cards, with conversion based on the official middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of payment (NBS exchange rate list).
• Payments are made electronically via credit/debit cards or other offered methods.
• The organizer is not responsible for additional bank charges (e.g. conversion fees).

4. Purchase Process

1. The customer selects the desired event and ticket type.
2. The customer provides the required information:
   1. Full name
   2. Email address
   3. Phone number (optional)
   4. Residential address
   5. Order notes (optional)
3. The customer is redirected to the secure payment page of our payment processor (Raiffeisen Bank a.d. Beograd) to finalize the transaction.
4. After payment is completed, the customer automatically receives an email confirming that the order has been received and is being processed.
5. The organizer verifies the accuracy of the information and the success of the transaction.
6. Once confirmed, the customer receives an email with confirmation of successful purchase, an electronic confirmation, and a fiscal receipt.
7. The customer must keep the electronic confirmation (digitally or printed) and present it at the event registration desk.
8. At the event entrance, the organizer reserves the right to verify the customer’s identity by checking a valid personal identification document (ID card, passport, or driver’s license).

5. Refunds, Complaints and Right of Withdrawal

• Purchased tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in the case of event cancellation or postponement by the organizer.
• In case of cancellation, the customer is entitled to a refund within 14 days.
• In case of postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date; the customer may request a refund if unable to attend.
• The customer must notify the organizer in writing (via email) of the withdrawal from the purchase. After receiving the notice and confirmation from the organizer, the refund will be processed in accordance with legal deadlines.

6. Limited Number of Seats

The number of seats for educational events is limited, and sales are carried out on a “first come – first served” basis.

7. Organizer’s Responsibility

• The organizer reserves the right to change the program, lecturers, and schedule.
• The organizer is not responsible if the customer is unable to attend due to personal reasons.

8. Payment Security

Payments are processed via certified payment processors over secure connections.

The organizer does not process or store customers’ credit/debit card details.

9. Data Protection

The organizer collects and processes customers’ personal data (name, surname, address, email, phone number) exclusively for the purpose of purchase fulfillment and event organization, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The website content (texts, photographs, logos, graphics) is the property of the organizer and may not be used without permission.

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

All disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in Sombor, Serbia.
